Areté Academy Europe is designed to equip and engage the next generation of leaders to take up positions of influence in law, government, public policy, media, academia, and other culture-shaping institutions. It prepares exceptional young professionals and university students across the globe to deploy their full potential as they grow in servant leadership in positions of public impact. Areté Academy offers a unique combination of biblical worldview at the highest intellectual level applied to the most pressing challenges of our time, character and spiritual formation, professional development, and global connection.
Eligibility:
- Applicants for Areté Academy Europe must be living and working in Europe or ultimately pursuing a professional trajectory in Europe (temporary study or work abroad will not disqualify).
- Applicants for Areté Academy Europe a generally range from 22 to 35 years old, with some exceptions. Applicants must have 2 years of university study completed, at minimum.
- Complete attendance and participation in all online sessions and the full Academy week is required. Lodging, meals, and programme costs of Areté Academy Europe are covered by ADF International.
